For those displaced, an evacuation hub has been established at the neighbourhood
Church, located at 2801 Notre Dame Boulevard in Chico.
Additionally, two animal shelters have been set up to accommodate pets. The facility for smaller animals is situated at 2279 Del Oro in Oroville, while larger animals are being sheltered at the Camelot Equestrian Park, found at 1985 Clark Road in Oroville.
As a result of the fire, northbound traffic on Cohasset Road is closed at Keefer Road. Likewise, the intersection of Cohasset and Eaton Roads has been cordoned off to northbound vehicles due to the ongoing emergency.
